Summary: house could have been cleaner there was hair and dirt all over the floors, rugs. living rooms were dingy and the yard is all dead and full of weeds and there was damage to metal window awing and porch and patio areas that made me question why i had to purchase and insurance policy to stay here. all in all i was disappointed, with this property when i arrived the cleaning staff was still working and seems that they didnt finish compleatly.

Summary: We stayed in this Vrbo for the long weekend for a wedding in downtown Phoenix. The location was a perfect 5-10 minutes from the venue and all the restaurants in downtown! The house was so cute and comfortably accommodated our group of 6. The host was super attentive and checked in several times! Overall a great stay!

Summary: We had an amazing stay! - well-equipped house with gorgeous decoration. Much more space than described in the VRBO announcement! Central location close to Downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Great, fun outdoors with games, bbq and little pool.Very responsive and helpful host! Highly recommended!
